• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

6. Groups and Privacy

• Group creators are responsible for managing their group members
• Private group content is only visible to members
• Group admins may remove members at their discretion
• Leaving a group does not delete your historical predictions in that group

7. Virtual Currency Disclaimer

All points, balances, and virtual currency on Poly.fan are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

Any "settlements" or "balances" displayed are purely informational and represent game outcomes, not actual debts or financial obligations.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of market resolutions
• Security of user data (though we take reasonable precautions)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poly.fan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

11. Changes to Terms
